Shipping & Returns
Shipping Hours
Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST typically ship the same day (about 90% of the time). Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will ship the following business day.
Our shipping hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays.
Processing and Shipping Times
Processing times: Typically 1-3 business days depending on payment method. Large or special orders may require an additional 1-3 business days.
Shipping times vary based on selected shipping speed:
Standard Shipping: 3-6 business days
Express Shipping: 2-4 business days
Free Shipping: 2-4 business days
Standard: 1 day processing + 3-6 days shipping = 4-7 business days
Express: 1 day processing + 2-4 days shipping = 3-5 business days

Order modifications and cancellations
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, please contact support as soon as possible — we cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment begins.
How do you handle returns?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
