This page explains how and where BioLabs Peptides ships orders. All products are sold for laboratory research use only. By placing an order you also agree to our Terms and Conditions.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally.
Shipping methods and costs
- Free shipping on orders of $250 or more (product subtotal after coupon discounts, before Package Protection and other fees).
- UPS Expedited (3–5 business days): $15.00
- UPS Air Expedited (1–2 business days): $49.99
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and start once the order has shipped. They do not include weekends or carrier holidays.
Order processing
Orders are processed on business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed.
Products marked “Special order” on the product page are prepared to order and ship in about 10 days.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also see your orders in My Account.
Shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away at [email protected]; we can only change the address before the order ships.
Package Protection
At checkout you can add optional Package Protection (5% of the product subtotal). It covers packages that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. To file a claim, email [email protected] with your order number.
Lost, delayed or damaged packages
If your tracking has not updated for several business days, or your package arrives damaged, email [email protected] with your order number (and photos for damaged items).
